What happens next

Three things happen after you send us your list.

    A person replies

    One of our account managers reads your request and replies to you by the end of the next business day.

  2. 02

    The quote

    Your quote comes in writing, on your cooperative contract or your purchase order, and it says what is included and what isn’t so that you know exactly what you’re paying for.

  3. 03

    The order

    Once you place the order, you can follow it in the Pace Hub from Not shipped yet to Delivered, and the Hub lists the serial numbers of everything that arrives.
