When you order setup, we image and tag each laptop to your company’s rules in our lab in Naperville, record its serial number and ship it to the office that needs it, in whichever state that is.
Laptops that need no setup ship from the vendor or the distributor, and the Pace Hub tracks them just the same.

Your Pace Hub store shows your prices.
The store at hub.pace-systems.com lists your prices, the stock, and the manufacturers’ specifications, and it shows you the equivalents that cost less. You can upload a quote as a PDF, a spreadsheet, or a photograph, and the Hub reads it with AI, but your account manager still checks every line.
Each order shows where it stands, from the day it’s placed to the day it’s delivered. Every user signs in with two steps, so a password alone isn’t enough to get into your account.

Managed IT
Managed IT clients reach our help desk at any hour.
The help desk is open to managed IT clients 7 days a week, and we monitor and patch your computers, run endpoint detection and response on them with CrowdStrike and Huntress among our tools, protect your email, and scan for vulnerabilities. We also deliver managed detection and response with ConnectWise from a network operations center we run ourselves.
We do the work remotely for offices anywhere in the US, and if yours are around Chicago, a technician also comes on site on set days.
Offices and lounges
One company puts in an office’s power, network and AV.
Around Chicago, we run an office’s cabling and power and install its network, its cameras and door access, and the displays and control in its conference rooms and boardrooms, so one company answers for every system in the building.
If the office is new, the same account manager can quote the laptops, the managed IT and the help desk your staff will use once they move in.

With Mid-States Glass, we installed and commissioned the power and controls for the 76 SageGlass units in the lounge.
Hotels and venues
Hotels, theatres and arenas hire us for Wi-Fi and AV.
Our crews run the cabling and the power for the access points, put in the network closets and the fiber that feeds them, and install the sound, video, and control a theatre or an arena runs its events on. The electricians among them are IBEW Local 134 members, so the power and the data come from the same crew.

We ran the cabling and the power for more than 1,200 Wi-Fi access points, and scheduled the work around the hotel’s operations.

An integrated AV system for a build-out
We designed and installed the theatre’s AV, with Martin Audio loudspeakers, Q-SYS, Shure microphones, intercom, video and control.

Cisco network and broadcast cabling
We put in the arena’s Cisco network and the cable that carries its broadcasts to eight parts of the arena.

Can Pace ship set-up laptops to our offices in other states?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the US. When you order setup, each laptop is imaged to your company’s standard and asset-tagged in our lab, and its serial number is recorded before it ships to the office that needs it.
Can Pace run IT for our offices outside Illinois?
Yes, our managed IT works remotely anywhere in the US, and it includes the help desk, monitoring, patching, endpoint and email protection, and vulnerability scans. Managed IT clients reach the help desk 24 hours a day, and if an office is around Chicago, it also gets a technician on site on set days.
Does Pace sell to businesses on credit terms?
Yes, a business opens an account with us and buys on credit terms that are set when the account is opened. Every account comes with the Pace Hub and one account manager, who handles every order and project for you.
