Pace Scheduler
Agencies that run 24/7 schedule their shifts on Pace Scheduler.
Police, sheriff, fire, dispatch and corrections agencies use it to run shifts that never stop, and the way it works is that the agency sets each person’s rotation once and our system fills in the whole year from it.
It counts who is on every day and every night against the minimum the agency sets, and it warns the supervisor before a time-off request would leave a shift short, so the problem shows up before anyone approves it. When a shift opens, the supervisor posts it from the schedule, it goes out to the department by text and email, and the requests come back in seniority order.
At the end of the pay period, the hours go to your payroll system in one file, and if we haven’t written an export for yours yet, we write one. It currently writes to more than 30 different payroll systems.

Pace Timeclocks
Each Pace Timeclocks punch lands on the officer’s scheduled shift.
Pace Timeclocks is a tablet on the wall that’s tied to Pace Scheduler, and an officer clocks in by tapping a badge or typing a code.
The screen shows the name, the time of the punch and the day’s shift, and because the punch sits on the scheduled shift, the hours scheduled and the hours worked are already side by side when payroll is run.
Pace Policy Search
Officers ask plainly and get the manual’s exact sentences back.
An agency loads its policy manuals and general orders into Pace Policy Search, and from then on an officer can simply ask a question in plain English.
The answer quotes the exact sentences it rests on, with the section and the page, so that the officer can read the manual’s words before acting on them and a supervisor can always see where the answer came from.

AI that understands everything from your most important systems
Pace Secure AI connects to your most important systems, such as RMS, CAD, and your document store. You can talk to the AI to find information, generate one-off reports, and analyze data. You can further build out automated workflows for recurring tasks. Every request has a proper audit trail.
It runs in a government cloud that we manage, in a government cloud the city controls, or entirely on hardware the city owns, so the city decides where its information is kept. Our focus is on building a secure boundary for your AI to run in so you can maximize its power while minimize all risks.
