You can send the list in whatever form you have it, i.e. a spreadsheet, a PDF, a part number or a photograph of last year’s order. The account manager for your area reads every line and quotes it on your contract, so what you order is what your staff actually needs.
If you want the devices imaged and asset-tagged, the setup goes on the same quote, and every quote request gets a reply by the end of the next business day.

Contracts
Three cooperative contracts are open to public buyers.
Keep in mind that your purchasing office decides whether a cooperative contract meets your rules and lets you skip a bid, so it’s worth checking with them before you order. We send our W-9, our insurance certificate and our MBE certificate the same day they ask for them.

Which brands does Pace sell?

Can Pace ship laptops to our offices outside Illinois?
Yes, we ship hardware anywhere in the US by carrier, and you’ll see the tracking number in the Pace Hub. If your offices are in the Chicago area, our trucks deliver it instead.
Can we buy on our cooperative contract or a purchase order?
Yes, TIPS members can buy from us on contract 230105 for technology, OMNIA Partners members on contract 01-169 through Promark Technology, and Illinois public universities on IPHEC. If you aren’t on any of those contracts, you can simply send a purchase order or pay by purchasing card or credit card.
How quickly does a quote come back?
Standard items are usually quoted the same business day. If you already hold a quote, send it over and ours comes back within one business day, so you can compare the two before you order.
Can Pace set the laptops up before they arrive?
Yes, if the order asks for it, we image, asset-tag and test each device at one of more than 100 stations in our Naperville lab before it goes out. Orders that don’t need any setup ship straight from the vendor or the distributor.
Can we see what Pace is holding for us?
Yes, the equipment register in the Pace Hub lists the serial numbers on your account and every item we’re holding for you in our warehouse, line by line.
