AV for an outdoor pavilion and a pub
We put outdoor sound, a 4K camera, wireless microphones, displays and Crestron control into both spaces, and Northwestern runs them as one system.

Pace Systems did the electrical work and the low-voltage systems for Daley College’s new engineering center.
57,000square feet, powered and wired by one company
Daley College’s new 57,000-square-foot engineering center needed its electrical service and power first, because the fire alarm, the security systems, the AV and the network all run on it.
Our IBEW Local 134 electricians did all of the building’s power, from the utility vault and the underground work to the 2,000-amp switchgear and the distribution and branch panels. They wired the drives and starters for the rooftop units and a standby generator with an automatic transfer switch, so the building switches over to the generator if the utility power goes out, and then put in the light fixtures, inside the building and across the site.
We installed the fire alarm, the security systems, the AV and the network as well, and because these systems run on the structured cabling, the fiber backbone and the network data connections, we put those in too.
We placed the power, the cable paths and the systems together in a building model first (that’s called BIM coordination), so that our crews knew where everything went before they started.
Every system in the center runs on power we installed, so the college has one company to call about all of it.
